Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Mastering ERP Applications:
Dive deep into
BOCC ERP
applications, leading improvements that directly benefit departments under the Board of County Commissioners.
Training & Development:
Develop and conduct engaging fiscal training sessions, guiding staff through Oracle modules and ensuring they’re equipped to excel.
Innovative Problem-Solving:
Work both independently and collaboratively to create innovative solutions and maximize the capabilities of our existing systems.
Hands-On Support:
Provide expert troubleshooting and training to county staff, ensuring timely resolutions to complex service tickets.
Collaborative Projects:
Participate in work groups that test and refine our end-to-end ERP processes, ensuring excellence in our financial operations.
Data Analysis:
Research and analyze large datasets to identify process improvements and training opportunities, helping to minimize future issues.
What We’re Looking For:
ERP Expertise:
Strong knowledge of ERP systems, especially Oracle Cloud ERP, with a focus on Procure to Pay processes.
Analytical Skills:
Ability to dissect complex financial processes and provide clear, actionable solutions to both management and end users.
Communication:
Exceptional communication skills to convey complex fiscal configurations and solutions effectively.
Team Player:
A collaborative spirit with the ability to thrive in a diverse team environment.
Project Management:
Proven ability to juggle multiple projects and meet critical deadlines in a fast-paced setting. Minimum Qualifications Required Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, technology or related field; AND 2 years of experience supporting a variety of financial transactions, processes and workflows in an ERP system; OR An equivalent combination of education, training and experience that would reasonably be expected to provide the job-related competencies noted below.
