Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Consultant with deep expertise in Physical Financials Flow (PFF) and Tolling scenarios, combined with strong functional knowledge in Logistics and Supply Chain. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience configuring

SAP S/4HANA 2023

version, with a focus on Advanced Intercompany Sales, Stock Transport Orders (STO), and logistics-financial integration. This role is critical for driving seamless coordination between physical goods movements and financial transactions across complex supply chain networks.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, configure, and implement SAP solutions for Physical Financials Flow (Tolling) in S/4HANA. Lead the integration of logistics and financial processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial postings for tolling and intercompany transactions. Configure and support Advanced Intercompany Sales and Stock Transport Orders (STO) processes. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable SAP solutions. Develop functional specifications, test scripts, and training documentation. Support system testing, data migration, cutover planning, and go-live activities. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to logistics, supply chain, and financial flows.

End-to-End Tolling Process Management:

Manage the complete lifecycle of tolling processes, encompassing both financial and logistical flows, from planning to settlement. Design, implement, and optimize SAP solutions to support tolling operations, ensuring alignment between Finance and SD modules. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process documentation for tolling activities. Monitor and analyze tolling performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions. Oversee the accurate calculation, application, and settlement of PFF within SAP, ensuring compliance with intercompany agreements. Configure and maintain SAP settings related to PFF, including pricing conditions, revenue recognition, and cost allocation. Develop and implement strategies to optimize PFF, minimizing financial discrepancies, and maximizing profitability. SAP Sales and Distribution (SD)

Responsibilities:

Manage the sales and distribution aspects of tolling, including order processing, delivery, and billing. Configure and maintain SAP SD settings related to tolling, including sales documents, pricing procedures, and shipping processes. Ensure seamless integration between SD and FI/CO modules for tolling transactions, maintaining consistency and accuracy. Optimize the logistical flow of materials in tolling scenarios, coordinating with procurement, production, and warehouse management. S/4

HANA Expertise:

Leverage extensive experience in

SAP S/4HANA 2023

version to design and implement solutions for tolling processes. Optimize S/4HANA functionalities to enhance tolling efficiency, improve reporting, and streamline workflows. Ensure successful migration of tolling data and processes to S/4HANA, minimizing disruption and maximizing benefits.

Intercompany Coordination:

Coordinate tolling activities between different company codes and business units, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration. Manage intercompany pricing agreements, ensuring compliance with transfer pricing policies and tax regulations. Reconcile intercompany transactions related to tolling, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining accurate records.

Compliance and Risk Management:

Ensure compliance with all relevant legal, regulatory, and tax requirements related to tolling activities. Identify and assess risks associated with tolling processes, implementing mitigation strategies, and ensuring adherence to internal controls. Stay updated on changes in regulations and industry best practices, adapting SAP configurations and processes as needed.

Qualifications:

Minimum 15+ years of experience in SAP, with a strong focus on both MM and SD modules. Extensive experience in managing tolling (intercompany subcontracting) processes in a manufacturing environment. Proven track record of successfully implementing and optimizing SAP solutions for tolling, including S/4HANA. Deep understanding of PFF principles and their application within SAP. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, cost management, sales and distribution processes, and intercompany transactions. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects. Proven expertise in Physical Financials Flow (Tolling) and logistics-financial integration. Strong configuration experience in MM, SD, modules. Hands-on experience with Advanced Intercompany Sales and STO processes. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:
SAP S/4HANA

certification. Experience in industries with complex tolling and intercompany operations in Bio Technology & Pharma Industry Knowledge of Agile or hybrid project methodologies.
