Job DescriptionPosition Summary:

The Business Intelligence Manager is part of the Business Technology and Innovation (BTI) team. This role contributes to defining the vision and executing the company’s business intelligence and data strategy. The BI Manager supports our vision by defining and refining key performance metrics, enhancing data visualization and distribution, challenging performance objectives, and serving as the company’s expert on the ‘single source of truth’.

This is a permanent, full-time salary position (Exempt)Our Headquarters office is located at 7630 Biscayne Blvd., Miami, FL 33138This role participates in our hybrid schedule

Hybrid Schedule:

Monday & Friday; 2 days working remotely. Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday; 3 days working in the headquarters office

Major Duties Include:
BI Strategy and Insights:

Defines and maintains a clear vision for business intelligence (BI) that is aligned with organizational goalsPartners with cross-functional teams to develop shared KPI definitions and a consistent understanding of key metricsLeads the development and evolution of dashboards and visualizations in Tableau that inform strategy and decision-makingProvides data-driven recommendations to optimize operational and financial performanceStays informed of new technologies and methodologies to improve BI capabilities continuouslyPerforms independent analyses to uncover trends, highlight opportunities, and support performance optimization.

Dashboard & Reporting Execution:

Develops and maintain scalable, user-friendly dashboards and reports in Tableau and ExcelCreates automated reporting solutions that support business functions and reduce manual workloadDocuments metrics, dashboards, and assumptions for transparency and consistency across the organizationResponds to ad-hoc reporting needs and prioritizes data requests to deliver timely, accurate insights

Data Governance and Support:

Promotes a culture of trusted, validated data by establishing and maintaining source-of-truth data setsCollaborates with data stewards and technical teams to improve data quality and integritySupports users and resolves data/reporting issues directly or through appropriate escalation

Team and Project Management:

Manages project timelines and communicates milestones, deliverables, and progress to stakeholdersLeads internal and external BI contributors, including vendors, to ensure the successful delivery of BI initiativesBalances quick wins with long-term improvements and ensures timely execution of prioritiesMaintains organized project documentation and clear communication with cross-functional teamsCross-functional collaboration and LeadershipEstablishes strong working relationships across departments and leadership levelsServes as a trusted advisor for all data-related inquiries, guiding business users toward strategically using insightsConfidently presents findings, dashboards, and recommendations to executive audiencesSupports special projects, handles urgent data requests, and contributes to continuous improvement initiativesRecords personal daily punches and approves accurate bi-weekly time and attendance recordsParticipates in special projects as needed and handles emergency requests and assignmentsPromotes our FOH® culture through actions and leadership

QualificationsEducation, Experience & Computer Skills:

College degree with a focus on Business Analytics, Management Information Systems, or a similar areaMinimum 6+ years’ experience with Business Intelligence (BI) technologies, including full-lifecycle project, innovation, optimization, support, and design principlesMinimum 4+ years’ experience using multiple data platforms, adept at learning new technologies, with preferred experience in Excel, Tableau, and SQLAdvanced Tableau skills (dashboard design, interactivity, calculated fields, data blending)SQL knowledge (data extraction, joins)Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, lookups, data validation)Familiarity with data modeling, data warehouse structures, and performance optimizationFamiliar with ERPs, SAP Business OneSkills Needed for

The salary/hourly range for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions, including, but not limited to, work experience, territory, geographical location, etc. As such, starting pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
