SAP ISU- UTILITIES CONSULTANT

SAP IS-U Module Expertise:

Strong functional knowledge of SAP IS-U, including Device Management (DM), Billing & Invoicing, and Financial Accounting Contract Administration (FICA).

Project Lifecycle Experience:

Experience in end-to-end

SAP IS-U

implementations, support projects, and understanding all project phases from planning to go-live.

Process Knowledge:

Deep understanding of utility processes such as meter reading, meter data management, move-in/move-out, billing scenarios (e.g., regulated/deregulated markets, budget billing), and print workbench.

Technical Skills:

Experience with enhancements, user exits, BAPIs, interfaces with SAP and non-SAP systems (ALE/IDOCs), and potentially ABAP development for ISU/CCS solutions.

Integration:

Proven knowledge of integration with IS-U, Customer Management, FICA, and other SAP modules (like

CRM, FICO, MM

) and third-party systems (e.g., AMI, prepaid solutions).

Problem-Solving & Communication:

Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, client-facing experience, and good communication and interpersonal skills.

Testing & Support:

Proficiency in unit testing and system integration testing, as well as providing post-go-live support.
