ADP is hiring a Business Intelligence, Senior. Manager for the HR Outsourcing (HRO) Analytics organization. This role is accountable for supporting leaders to make more data driven decisions, and creating business intelligence tools, visualizations, standards, and insights presentations. This is a highly collaborative position that works closely with senior leaders, key stakeholders, and junior team members. The BI Sr. Manager will report to the BI Director and has no direct reports.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop BI visualizations and actionable insights presentations based on business priorities
Interact with key stakeholders to understand requirements and business information
Coach business partners on how to utilize dashboards and focus on continuous improvement to drive adoption
Adhere to BI standards of excellence to establish the trusted HRO Analytics brand
Coach and support junior team members towards excellence in BI best practices
Excellent written and verbal communication and story-telling skills with ability to present simply to non-technical audiences in a simple and easy to understand way
Manage priorities independently from start to finish
Feel very comfortable operating in ambiguity in a fast-paced, fail fast environment
Strong analytical mindset where details matter and the big picture is the guide
Qualifications:
5-7+ years experience in Business Intelligence/Analytics
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Tech or related field
Strong data presentation and visualization skills; experience and formal training with data visualization (e.g., advanced proficiency in Tableau or Power BI)
Strong analysis and pattern recognition skills, as well as synthesis skills, to be able to streamline work
Strong expertise with business strategy and supporting organizations with taking action on insights
Advanced skills creating insights from data and automating data processes
Advanced proficiency in MS PowerPoint to create compelling stories through insights
Intermediate competency in executing ETL process with little to no supervision using a combination of SQL, Python, and/or Alteryx
Experience with relational databases
Preferred Qualifications:
MBA or Advanced degree in analytics or similar field
Consulting experience from MBB/Big 4 or Fortune 500 experience
Change management and large-scale transformation experience
Strong SQL and/or Python skills are a plus
Advanced competency in SQL with ability to perform joins, unions, use CTEs, and execute complex subqueries
