Essential Job Functions:

Prioritize and Respond to

Business Requests:

Assist with the prioritization of incoming business requests and promptly respond to ad hoc report requests and issues, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of information.

Stakeholder Communication:

Effectively communicate with stakeholders to understand their information needs and provide relevant data insights and solutions.

Report Development and Data Validation:

Collaborate with business users and IT members to scope and design report requests. Develop Cognos reports, ensuring data quality by meticulously validating results against specified sources.

Database Querying and Team Collaboration:

Write and support queries against databases for reporting and validation purposes, fostering a collaborative environment within the team to achieve common goals.

Big Data Analysis:

Leverage big data using SQL and Excel to extract and communicate high-level insights, model customer lifetime value, and develop ROI models and sensitivities for new product and program initiatives.

Financial Modeling:

Create complex financial models in Excel for profitability calculations and cost-benefit analysis, translating large data insights into actionable, fact-based recommendations for business partners.

Operational and Financial Reporting:

Manage ad-hoc requests for operational and financial reporting, prepare and distribute regular reporting and analysis packages, and conduct comprehensive financial, variance, and forecasting analysis.

Project Management and Coordination:

Collaborate across teams to ensure the progress of critical initiatives, provide regular updates on project progress and milestones, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Additional Duties:

Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to meet the evolving needs of the organization.

Required Qualifications:

IBM Cognos Experience Extensive experience in Excel Experience delivering insights and recommendations based on analysis. Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in written form. 1-3 years of related experience

Preferred Qualifications:
