Team Description:
The Workforce Technology team within Enterprise Technology leads the planning, implementation, and sustainment of technologies supporting seamless and unique experiences for The Walt Disney Company. The Workforce Technology team is looking for a Lead Enterprise Applications Analyst to provide support for our current Talent Acquisition technology. The Lead Enterprise Applications Analyst will support researching, reviewing, testing and deploying functional release items. They provide support for system enhancements, including configuration, conducting end to end testing of enhancements and supporting implementation. They collaborate with functional and technical partners to coordinate the application of upgrades, fixes, and issues. They support the issue resolution process by monitoring ticket queues, researching and analyzing, resolving and responding to users in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
Act as a functional SME for Workday Recruiting and other Talent Acquisition applications. Facilitate issue resolution and work request execution processes. This includes monitoring the ticket queue, researching/analyzing, executing configuration changes, resolving, and responding to users in a timely manner. Support testing of system enhancements, including validation tasks and documentation. Partner closely with business stakeholders for alignment and coordination of work stream prioritization. Support product release cycles, including assisting in review, testing, and deploying functional release items, upgrades, and bug fixes. Participate in sprint planning activities. Assist with system documentation in appropriate repositories, including managing version control. Conduct end-to-end testing of system enhancements and support their implementation to ensure that the delivered enhancement meets all requirements. Collaborate with functional and technical partners to coordinate the application of upgrades or fixes. Provide guidance and functional support to business partners. Conduct troubleshooting to validate system issues and bug resolutions. Oversee and audit the UAT process, ensuring accurate resolution of defects, timely completion of testing, and proper handling of data. Balance the competing priorities of each of the Business Segments. Consistently exercise discretionary work/judgment in matters of significance. Perform work without appreciable direction, with work reviewed from a relatively long-term perspective for desired results. Ad hoc special projects as required or necessary.
Qualifications:
7+ years of related business experience. Experience supporting technology solutions for Workday. Collaborative, worked as part of a team in a constructive way. Applied creative and logical approach to identify solutions. Excellent interpersonal skills, including customer service skills and demonstrated ability to build partnerships. Ability to translate complex business interactions into technical configuration. Excellent communication and collaboration skills for both technical and non-technical audiences. Demonstrated ability to think and plan in a broad, systematic way. Strong sense of ownership and ability to follow tasks through to completion. Experience configuring and maintaining HR SaaS applications. Experience in Service Now or similar ticketing tool.
Nice To Haves:
Workday Recruiting, Infinite ‘Brassring’ and/or SuccessFactors experience 3+ years of Workday support experience. Has experience bringing application sustainment best practices to life.
Education:
