Oracle HCM Product Analyst
RESPONSIBILITIES
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Oracle HCM Product Analyst in Boca Raton, FL.
Overview:
The Oracle HCM Product Analyst will provide functional consulting with a robust understanding of the technical aspects of the Oracle ERP application, and will be responsible for requirements and solution reviews, process workflows, testing, and the management of cutover and change initiatives.
Essential Functions:
Requirement Gathering:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to HCM, Timesheet Processing, Time & Labor, and Payroll
Solution Reviews:
Conduct solution reviews to ensure alignment with business objectives and compliance with industry standards
Process Workflows:
Design and implement process workflows that enhance operational efficiency, focusing on HCM processes, Timesheet Processing, and Payroll functions; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and optimize existing workflows
Testing & Validation:
Develop comprehensive testing strategies, including test cases and scenarios, to ensure effective validation of HCM, Timesheet Processing, Time & Labor, and Payroll functionalities; Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions, ensuring all functional requirements are met prior to go-live
Cutover & Change Management:
Plan and execute cutover activities to transition from legacy systems to Oracle ERP, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations; Support change management initiatives, including training and communication strategies, to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and tools
Technical Knowledge & Insights:
Utilize a solid understanding of the technical aspects of Oracle ERP applications, including data structure, customizations, and integration points; Serve as a liaison between functional and technical teams, providing insights to ensure implementation success and data integrity
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is desired
- 5+ years of experience with Oracle ERP desired, specifically in HCM modules (HCM Core, OTL, Payroll)
- Proven experience in requirement gathering, process improvement, testing, cutover, and change management within the ERP environment
- Strong functional knowledge combined with a technical understanding of Oracle ERP HCM module, integrations, and customizations
- Familiarity with the staffing industry, preferably within the Healthcare sector, is highly desirable
- Exceptional organizational skills, diligence, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced project settings
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; Ability to convey complex information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proficient in project management tools and methodologies
- Relevant Oracle certifications (if available) are a plus but not required
- Experience with change management and training methodologies is a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role.
We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
