C Description:

Act as the primary functional SME (Subject Matter Expert) for the Taulia implementation project. Collaborate with finance, procurement, and IT stakeholders to gather and validate business requirements for supplier invoicing, dynamic discounting, and early payment programs. Define and configure Taulia modules in alignment with SAP S/4HANA, particularly FI and MM. Participate in solution design workshops and create functional specifications for custom developments and integrations. Support system testing activities (SIT/UAT), user training, and change management initiatives. Coordinate supplier onboarding to the Taulia platform and provide functional support for supplier enablement. Assist in developing documentation for end-users and ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies. Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations.

Requirements:

5+ years of SAP experience, with functional knowledge in SCM, FI, MM, or P2P processes. 2+ years of hands-on experience configuring and supporting Taulia implementations. In-depth understanding of invoicing, payment terms, supplier management, and discounting strategies. Strong analytical and process design skills, with the ability to translate business needs into system functionality. Experience collaborating across finance, procurement, and technical teams. Familiarity with

SAP S/4HANA

environments and integration best practices. Experience in the telecommunications, utilities, or construction industries. Familiarity with supplier portals, e-invoicing, and supply chain finance workflows. Taulia or SAP certification is a plus. Knowledge of compliance standards (e.g., SOX, internal audit controls) related to financial transactions. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
