Who We’re Looking For:

Are you an accountant who loves solving problems, enjoys learning new systems, and wants to pivot into a more tech-forward role? We’re looking for someone early in their career—maybe from a public accounting firm, a finance team, or a recent graduate—who’s ready to shift toward consulting, ERP systems, and helping businesses succeed. We’ll train you. You’ll grow.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Learn Acumatica ERP (with training and mentorship)
• Assist with implementations, data migrations, and system testing
• Help configure financial modules (GL, AR, AP, etc.)
• Work closely with clients and senior consultants to solve business problems
• Document processes and help support ongoing user training
• Gradually take ownership of smaller projects and grow into a lead consultant role

What You Bring:

• Degree or experience equivalent in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 0-3 years experience in accounting or financial roles
• Strong Excel and general tech comfort (bonus if you’ve used ERP systems like QuickBooks, Sage, Acumatica, etc.)
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Curiosity, self-motivation, and desire to build a long-term ERP consulting career Why Join Us?
