Job Summary:
We are looking for a Functional Consultant / Business Analyst with deep knowledge of the Decade ERP system (Progress OpenEdge 4GL platform)
. The ideal candidate will have experience gathering business requirements, mapping them to ERP capabilities, and working closely with technical and business teams to support ongoing operations or modernization projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for Decade ERP across modules like Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Inventory, and Production.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to document and analyze existing processes and gather requirements.
Create functional specifications and work with developers to implement enhancements.
Contribute to ERP modernization or migration planning (e.g., moving to Oracle or SAP).
