Finance and Controlling capability in NorthAmerica and foster its continued growth within our SAP DigitalEnterprise service unit.

This role requires a focused and analyticalmindset and will require working towards set objectives with alevel of autonomy, living a culture of accountability, and taking ahands-on approach to execution. Our customers and the value weoffer is central to everything we do. With this in mind, thisperson will be required to ensure the quality of our services forour existing client base, cultivate relationships with newcustomers as well as support new businessopportunities.

Responsibilities Work on challenging projects in management, process, andtechnology consulting with a focus on the Automotive and DiscreteManufacturing industries Develop innovative concepts and implement sophisticatedconsulting solutions in the fields of Finance, Controlling, andSAP Deploy optimized concepts in terms of process, quality, andcost Foster long-term relationships with clients Identify and lead business development opportunities Achieve a strong reputation as a business advisor Take over responsibility as (sub) project teamleader

QualificationsEducation:

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration,Economics, Engineering, Information Systems or equivalenteducation

Experience:

7+ years of work experience in the consulting industry 5+ years of

SAP FI/CO

experience 2+ years of experience in the Automotive or DiscreteManufacturing sector preferred

SAP S/4HANA

experience preferred

This role routinelyuses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, cameras,photocopiers, and filing cabinets. Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times. While performing the duties of this job the employee isrequired to talk, hear, walk, sit, stand, climb stairs on occasionwith prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on acomputer. Must be able to effectively work and complete tasks in an openoffice/noisy environment. Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time whiletraveling in a car or airplane.

Salary Range:

The salary rangefor this role is $100,000-$115,000. However, it is important tonote that at MHP, compensation range is dependent on geographiclocation. Individual salaries within each range are determinedthrough a wide variety of factors including but not limited toeducation, experience, knowledge and skillset. MHP reviewscompensation regularly and may adjust base salaries to reflectmarket competitiveness.

In addition to salary, individuals may beeligible for a discretionary performance bonus.
