SAP Functional Consultant
We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP Functional Consultant for a W2 hybrid role in Atlanta, GA
. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in SAP modules such as
FI/CO, MM, SD, PP
, or HCM
, and will work closely with business stakeholders, developers, and project managers to implement, enhance, and support SAP systems across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a subject matter expert for one or more SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, or HCM)
Lead functional design sessions, gather business requirements, and translate them into SAP solutions
Configure and customize SAP modules according to business needs
Provide support for SAP implementations, upgrades, and ongoing enhancements
Coordinate and perform system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing
Collaborate with technical teams for development and troubleshooting
Document functional specifications, process flows, and training materials
Provide training and support to business users
Required Skills & Experience:
8+ years of experience as an SAP Functional Consultant
Deep expertise in one or more core SAP modules: FI/CO
, MM
, SD
, PP
, or HCM
Hands-on experience with full-cycle SAP implementations and post-go-live support
Strong understanding of SAP best practices and business processes
Experience working with cross-functional teams and interacting with business users
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field
Experience with S/4HANA is highly desirable
Familiarity with ABAP debugging or working knowledge of SAP technical concepts
SAP Certification in relevant module(s)
Experience with Agile/Scrum project environments
