Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Workday ERP Consultant to support the implementation, upgrade, and ongoing operations of Workday Financials. This hybrid role requires a collaborative and detail-oriented professional who can provide both functional and technical support, ensuring system integrity, optimal business processes, and alignment with organizational goals.

Job Responsibilities:

Provide support for Workday Financials projects, including IT operations, business processes, security, and data integrity for the Workday applications
Assist in business development activities such as identification, proposal development, and other pursuit activities, collaborating with the appropriate resources from other service lines/industries
Carry out daily ERP tasks including process design, package implementation lifecycle support, and project reviews
Uphold a respectful and courteous work environment, acting with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility

Skills Required:

Minimum of five years of experience in Workday Financials implementation and upgrade
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from an accredited college/university
Completion of at least one full implementation with Workday Financials and Workday certification in Financials
Excellent verbal and documentation skills
Strong analytical abilities
Comprehensive understanding of ERP System concepts and general module functionality
