We are seeking an ERP Specialist to partner with an integrator on the implementation of NetSuite across our organization as well as help manage the onboarding of future acquisitions along with integrating 3rd party software products. Additionally, the position will be responsible day-to-day operations including managing access, training new users, and generate ad hoc reports for the business. The ERP Specialist can work a hybrid schedule from Atlanta, Dallas, Phoenix, or Philadelphia and will travel as needed for projects. Key Responsibilities of the ERP Specialist Administer, manage and optimize the NetSuite ERP system, including user access, roles, permissions, and configurations. Customize NetSuite fields, forms, records, and workflows to meet business requirements. Oversee and manage integrations with ADP, Field Service Management, and CRM suites to ensure seamless data flow and operational efficiency. Develop, test, and deploy customizations, integrations, and enhancements Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement necessary fixes or improvements. Capture and document existing accounting and finance processes, and plan for future state processes to ensure alignment with business goals and NetSuite capabilities. Perform detailed assessments of acquired companies’ legacy SMB accounting platforms to prepare for migration into a single NetSuite platform across acquired companies. Collaborate with various departments to gather and investigate requirements for system enhancements and changes. Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting and resolving system-related issues. Create and maintain documentation of NetSuite processes, customizations, and configurations. Conduct user training sessions to ensure effective utilization of NetSuite features and functionalities. Stay up to date with NetSuite updates, releases, and best practices, and recommend improvements to maximize system efficiency. Qualifications of the ERP Specialist 2+ years of experience with relational databases, SQL development, data integration and analysis Data migration experience including collecting, cleansing, and transforming data to prepare it for the data load for an ERP implementation Ability to support the configuration, development, and further evolution ERP platforms Ability to balance technical skills with business savvy – ability to transform end-user needs into technical and functional requirements Experience generating and editing ad hoc financial reports NetSuite Administration experience is preferred Salesforce Administration experience is preferred
