Our client is currently seeking a Lead Analyst, ERP Workstream for 12 month + contract.

Project Overview:

• We are looking for a dynamic, highly organized Lead Analyst to join our global ERP program.

In this contractor role, you will support critical testing, data, training, and go-live activities to help successfully implement SAP S/4 at two leading Divisions. This individual will work closely with our forecast-to-plan and procure-to-play teams to deliver a smooth and successful implementation of SAP S/4 in May 2026.

Role details:

• Partner with business leads, IT solution architects, and deployment group resources to implement newly designed procurement processes within the Accelerate S/4 SAP ecosystem
• Support the achievement of program goals, objectives, and deliverables through testing, training, data conversion, system cutover, and hypercare activities
• Manage and coordinate end-to-end testing activities (e.g., SIT, UAT, DITL), including defect/bug management across all cycles
• Open, track and execute bug/defect management across all testing cycles.
• Support data readiness efforts, including data validation, migration tracking, and issue escalation
• Support the development execution of end-user training content and sessions.
• Monitor and report on readiness checklists, proactively flagging gaps and delays
• Track and manage risks, issues, and action items to enable successful go-live and post-go-live stabilization
• Support documentation of key decisions, lessons learned, and post-go-live stabilization activities Role requirements:
• 3+ years of experience supporting business systems implementations, global programs, or major change initiatives
• Direct experience using the SAP S/4 procurement modules
• Strong project coordination skills
• ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines simultaneously
• Experience with testing coordination (UAT/SIT), data migration activities, and/or end-user training highly preferred
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively across technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, Teams); Smartsheet and ADO experience a plus
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
• The ability to work on your own or as part of a team
• Flexible to work needs (work off EST time zone), however need someone willing to also be flexible to align with US time zones
• Availability to travel occasionally (expected < 10%) for training sessions, workshops, or project activities Preferred skills / experience:
• Strong experience with Master Data Governance (MDG), including data extraction, transformation, and loading processes
• Experience supporting medical devices, life sciences, or highly regulated industries
• Familiarity with change management or learning and development activities
