Kforce has a client seeking a partially remote Lead SAP TMAnalyst to join their team in Atlanta, GA. This role requires ahands-on expert who can gather and translate business requirementsinto functional specifications, design solutions in SAP TM,customize and coordinate the delivery of an offshore team of 3-4analysts and developers.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with business users (Logistics,Transportation, Supply Chain) and our Implementation partner togather, document, and validate functional requirements The Lead SAP TM Analyst will translate business needs intodetailed functional design documents for SAP TM Participate with our Implementation partner to fit-gapanalysis, process design workshops, and solution design reviewswith stakeholders Serve as the lead onsite SME for SAP TM configuration,including freight order management, carrier selection, planning,execution, and freight settlement Customize the SAP TM system based on requirements Work with offshore team members to assign tasks, provide designclarification, review deliverables, and ensure timelines aremet Support testing activities (SIT/UAT), defect triage, andcutover planning Participate in integration design with SAPSD/MM/WM/EWM/Finance, external carriers, and other logisticssystems The Lead SAP TM Analyst will act as a quality gatekeeper foroffshore work, ensuring compliance with solution architecture andstandards Provide training and guidance to business users and super usersduring deployment phasesRequirements 6+ years of experience in SAP TM implementations, including atleast one full-cycle implementation as a functional lead Strong knowledge of core SAP TM functionalities (freight units,freight orders, planning, tendering, settlement) Experience working in a hybrid onsite-offshore model Ability to produce high-quality functional specs, design docs,and test scenarios Hands-on configuration experience in SAP TM Familiarity with SAP SD/MM/WM/EWM and finance integration Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder managementskillsThe pay range is the lowest to highest compensation wereasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for thisrole. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employeepay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications,certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location,performance, union contract and business needs. This range may bemodified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligiblefor paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on aService Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
