Your role, your impact As an Oracle HCM Lead Consultant, Managed Services, you will provide day-to-day support for Oracle HCM Cloud Clients for Oracle Cloud Core HR and other HCM modules. You will be working with multiple clients from various industries. Please note that this role is open across the United States. Your day-to-day Work on support tickets; Recommend work enhancements; Optimize client processes; Deliver training, testing and footprint expansions; Roll out new features with quarterly releases; Provide remote postproduction support for live clients; Support clients via MS Teams and using the Jira ticketing system. #LI-Remote Keys to your success Minimum 5 years of Oracle consulting experience (implementation or support); Minimum 3 years of experience with Oracle Cloud Fusion HCM applications; Experience with Oracle Cloud Core HR; Proficient in MS Office products, especially MS Excel; Ability to organize and multitask, work with a team as well as independently and manage time effectively; Strong verbal and written communication skills. Extra edge Healthcare industry experience; Experience with Oracle Cloud Talent Mgmt, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Recruiting; OTBI Reporting skills; Knowledge of Fast Formula. Language skills
