Oracle Cloud HCM Techno-Functional Consultant
We are seeking a Senior Oracle Cloud HCM Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Payroll and Core HR modules
. This is a hybrid position with a heavy development focus, requiring strong hands-on experience with data loaders, fast formulas, and integrations
.
Strong experience with Oracle Core Cloud HCM (
must-have
)
Expertise in Oracle Cloud Payroll module
Hands-on experience with:
HCM Data Loader (HSDL)
Payroll Batch Loader (PBL)
Fast Formulas
Reports & Integrations (BI, OTBI, HDL-based)
Functional knowledge across Payroll and HCM
Excellent communication skills and ability to work across functional and technical teams
80% dev + functional more on the payroll module and HR.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Local to Alpharetta, GA (strongly preferred)
Open to candidates willing to work hybrid from Oakland, CA or Rancho Cordova, CA
Ability to work independently and interface with stakeholders on both business and technical sides.
