Job Description
Description Overview:
The System Support Analyst will support the Oracle Eloqua Marketing Cloud application within the Oracle CX suite. This role involves collaborating with business and technical teams to translate business needs into functional requirements, support testing and defect resolution, and contribute to backlog refinement and release activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in defining user stories, business rules, and acceptance criteria
- Support application releases and after-hours production support
- Track and resolve defects in collaboration with stakeholders
- Manage and refine backlog items
- Communicate process changes and impacts to the Organizational Readiness team
Requirements Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer communications systems
- Experience with Oracle Eloqua or similar platforms
- Experience with Oracle CX application suite
- Familiarity with Agile tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps)
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria
- Experience using issue tracking software (e.g., JIRA, Monday.com, Microsoft Azure DevOps, etc.)
- Experience using email marketing automation platforms, such as Oracle Eloqua, MailChimp, etc.
- Experience supporting or participating in Agile Software Development projects or programs
- Oracle Eloqua certifications
- Experience in the utility industry Technology Doesn’t Change the World, People Do.
