Full Time only Job Summary Oracle Fusion Financials Functional lead who should have experience architecting the solution and overseeing implementation of Fusion Financials Cloud (Oracle Cloud Project Portfolio Management i.e. PPM). Responsible for the FIN solution implemented for the client, should actively engage and partner with the solution architect, Technology architect and the PMO team to meet various deadlines and commitments. He/She will understand the business requirements, as-is business process and objectives to provide a robust-to-be solution to the customer that exceeds expectations. Capable of designing/documenting business processes and systems, leading the end-to-end solution being developed by the functional and technical teams. Provide guidance and support on critical project needs. Prepare design and configuration Documents. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement integrated financial processes. Responsibilities
- Responsible for the solution and outcomes of implementing integrated Oracle Fusion FIN modules – Oracle cloud Project Management (PPM) and integrated products.
- Participate in requirement gathering, analyze business requirements, align business requirements and implement a functional solution using best practices.
- Interact with client teams to understand their business requirements, as-as process and design the optimized to-be solution
- Analyze, design and configure best practice business needs through business process orchestration, demonstration, and solutions during the Implementation.
- Executing the day-to-day activities of Oracle ERP Cloud engagements including process design, leading key configuration workshops, identifying Gaps, identifying RICEW, support testing, Cutover/Go-Live and post-production support for the above applications
- Define new and refine existing business processes
- Exercise discretion and judgment with little to no supervision in carrying out daily tasks
- Lead the Functional process area and co-ordinate with the onsite/offshore functional and technical teams for all project deliverables throughout the different phases of the implementation
- Perform design validation and identify areas of improvement
- Lead the conversion and map the data from legacy system to Oracle Cloud ERP applications
- Configure Oracle Cloud Application to meet client requirements and document application set-ups
- Ability to analyze, understand, trouble shoot and effectively communicate functional details to end users and management
- Work with all stakeholders to monitor and track progress of workstreams to ensure successful go-live Minimum Qualifications
- At least 3 full life cycle implementation experiences as a functional lead is required.
- Certifications in related fields like Oracle Project Management can be advantageous Preferred Qualifications Engineering or similar Applications are accepted until 5/23/2025
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $138,000 to $162,000 P/Year depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
