Overview:
Client is seeking a Senior Oracle ERP and HCM background consultant. Ideal candidate began their career with Oracle ERP and progressed into a leadership role, with experience implementing Oracle Cloud Fusion HR solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead large-scale, multi-phase Oracle Fusion HR implementations. Coordinate with HR, IT, and external teams to ensure project alignment. Define and manage business case, operating model, cost model, and delivery plans. Oversee customization, testing, data migration, training, change management, and post-implementation support. Ensure system integration with payroll, finance, and recruitment modules. Monitor system performance and ensure regulatory compliance. Provide continuous improvement and optimization.
Qualifications:
10-15 years in Oracle ERP, with 5+ years in Oracle Fusion HCM (HR, Payroll, Benefits). Expertise in Agile/Waterfall methodologies and tools like MS Project, Jira, Asana. Strong knowledge of HR processes and system integration. Excellent stakeholder communication and leadership skills.
