P Tech Lead Responsibilities :
Provide strategic technical leadership across Oracle Fusion Procure-to-Pay (P2P) modules, including iSupplier , Oracle Reporting , and ideally Cash Management Planning . Lead solution design efforts that align with best practices and leverage both standard and out-of-the-box Oracle capabilities. Collaborate with advisory teams and governance leads to drive phased implementation strategies that comply with existing client policies, processes, and governance frameworks . Serve as a solutioning partner , not just a requirement taker-offering proactive guidance, challenging assumptions, and ensuring scalable, business-aligned outcomes. Conduct workshops, demos, and technical sessions to explore options and finalize solution architectures. Design and configure system components to support efficient, sustainable, and compliant P2P operations. Prepare and maintain detailed documentation for solution architecture, system configurations, and implementation plans. Support post-implementation knowledge transfer, continuous improvement, and potential system extensions.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline (Master’s preferred). 8+ years of Oracle ERP experience , with 3+ years in Oracle Fusion Cloud , specifically with P2P modules . Hands-on expertise with Oracle Fusion iSupplier , Oracle Reporting tools (e.g., OTBI, BI Publisher), and ideally Cash Management Planning . Proven ability to design and deliver end-to-end solutions , not just collect and document requirements. Experience navigating and implementing within client-specific process constraints, policy environments, and governance models . Demonstrated success in leveraging Oracle best practices, standard functionality , and creative out-of-the-box configurations to meet business needs. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with experience leading solutioning workshops and presenting to leadership. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
