Job Description
The Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Configuration Engineer to support our client’s modernization efforts across their Oracle HCM Cloud environment. This role involves designing, configuring, testing, and maintaining Oracle Fusion modules, with a strong emphasis on ORC, Talent, Learn, and Core HR. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in global HCM implementations, integration support, and the full hire-to-retire lifecycle, including customizations and patch impact analysis.
