The ideal candidate will be well-versed in the processes of each of the businesses involved, demonstrating excellent communication skills and excels in a collaborative and dynamic environment. They will operate seamlessly across workstreams, adapting to shifting priorities while maintaining a consistent focus on the project objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Process Expertise & Improvement :
Serve as the primary resource on current-state business processes across all BUs, spanning Finance & Accounting, HR/Payroll, Operations, and other key functions Knowledge and understanding of the Enterprise application landscape and key integrations Leverage experience collaborating with FSO and Business Unit leadership, and functional leads Provide detailed analysis into Business Unit-specific variations, challenges, and interdependencies to inform ERP design and configuration. Serve as a change champion for the ERP program, translating process changes for end-users and supporting effective adoption.
Cross-Functional Collaboration :
Partner with ERP Implementation team members during process definition, gap analysis, and functional design sessions. Support integration efforts by connecting processes between Finance & Accounting, HRIS/Payroll, and Operations to ensure a unified solution
Process Documentation :
Lead the documentation of existing business processes and actively contribute to the design and documentation of future processes aligned with ERP capabilities and business objectives.
MDM Support :
Provide identification, context and business logic to support data cleansing, transformation, and validation efforts.
Training and Support :
Assist in the development and delivery of training for end-users and project team members on ERP system functionalities and associated business processes.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field 3-5 years of experience in process management within an ERP implementation environment Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders Construction industry experience, implementation experience and relevant certifications (e.g. AWS, Azure) are a plus
