Responsibilities Get involved with challenging projects in management, process,and IT consulting with a focus on discrete manufacturing Conduct workshops and consult, design, and lead innovative SAPDM and SAP ME (Manufacturing Execution) implementations Act in a functional consulting role for analysis, design,conception, prototyping, realization, testing, rollout, andsupport Design concepts to process data and overall architecture toenable digital production. Define, design and configure integration to other SAP modules(specifically SAP PP, QM, PM, IM, EWM, MII, PCo) Prepare functional specifications for development work Conduct functional testing to ensure accurate configuration anddevelopment. Assume partial project management responsibility Prepare process flows / training documents and execute trainingof our client’s business owners and users Create long-term relationships with clients Identify and lead business development and presales activitiesincluding proofs-of-concept, demos, presentations, webinars, blogposts, RFP responses, estimations, proposals, leads & opportunitiesfollow-up Take over responsibility as (sub) project team leader Achieve a strong reputation as a businessadvisor

QualificationsEducation:

Bachelor’s Degree is required

Experience:

At least 5 years of relevant manufacturing industry and/orconsulting experience Successful demonstration of business development with new andexisting clients At least 2 full SAP ME and/or SAP DM projectimplementations Knowledge of production planning, production master data, MRP,shop floor order creation/tracking, shop floor quality, logistics,and plant maintenance processes Ability to define

to other SAPcomponents Profound SAP project and Go-Live experience (SAP implementationapproach) Experience preparing and presenting proofs-of-concept, demos,proposals, RFP responses Experience preparing and presenting webinars, manufacturingevents Must be self-motivated and capable of working under minimalsupervision of a Manager Must possess the necessary leadership, team building,motivation, and delegation skills to efficiently coordinate theefforts of a team toward accomplishing a common goal Experience with exploiting the convergence of OT and IT todrive digital transformation in manufacturing Ability to recognize and evaluate client business/technicalneeds and establish change initiatives to meet these needs Professional appearance with strong customer focus Analytical and structured Fluency in English (multi-lingual preferred)Percentage ofrequired travel: up to 100%Physical requirements: This job operates in an office environment. This role routinelyuses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, cameras,photocopiers, and filing cabinets. Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times. While performing the duties of this job the employee isrequired to talk, hear, walk, sit, stand, climb stairs on occasionwith prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on acomputer. Must be able to effectively work and complete tasks in an openoffice/noisy environment. Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time whiletraveling in a car or airplane.

The salary range for this roleis $95,000-$110,000. However, it is important to note that at MHP,compensation range is dependent on geographic location. Individualsalaries within each range are determined through a wide variety offactors including but not limited to education, experience,knowledge and skillset. MHP reviews compensation regularly and mayadjust base salaries to reflect market competitiveness.

In additionto salary, individuals may be eligible for a discretionaryperformance bonus.
