The RoleThe

SAPQM/SAP PM

Senior Consultant is expected to engage in exciting andchallenging, client-facing, project-based work, focusing ondelivering world-class solutions based on SAP’s latest software.

The Senior Consultant requires an entrepreneurial mindset and musthave a strong desire to grow as a leader within our organization.

They will be required to support actionable objectives for theorganization, helping to sustain a culture of accountability andtake a hands-on approach to execution. Our customers and the valuewe offer is central to everything we do. With this in mind, theSenior Consultant will be required to ensure our services’ qualityfor our existing client base, support in the cultivation ofrelationships with new customers, support the development of newbusiness opportunities, and support the continuous adjustment ofour current and future offerings according to marketdemands.

Responsibilities Be part of challenging projects in process and IT consultingwith a focus on the automotive industry Develop innovative concepts and implement sophisticatedconsulting solutions in the field of Supply Chain Management Define a detailed blueprint for development requirements Deploy process, quality, and cost-optimized logisticsconcepts Create long term relationships with clients Identify and lead business development opportunities Achieve a strong reputation as a business advisor Take over responsibility as (sub) project teamleader

QualificationsEducation:

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration,Economics, Engineering or equivalent education.

Experience:

4+ years of work experience in consulting or in the automotiveindustry Minimum 4 years of SAP QM (Quality Management) / SAP PM (PlantMaintenance) Experience (Process & Customizing) Solid expertise in at least one other module (i.e., MM, PP, CS,PM, QM, SD) is a strong plus Minimum 3 full SAP lifecycle implementations Profound SAP project and Go-Live experience (SAP implementationapproach) SAP Certifications are a plus Professional appearance with strong customer focus Analytical and structured working attitudePercentage ofrequired travel: up to 100%Physical requirements: This job operates in an office environment. This role routinelyuses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, cameras,photocopiers, and filing cabinets. Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times. While performing the duties of this job the employee isrequired to talk, hear, walk, sit, stand, climb stairs on occasionwith prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on acomputer. Must be able to effectively work and complete tasks in an openoffice/noisy environment. Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time whiletraveling in a car or airplane.
