Job Description
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience supporting and implementing SuccessFactors solutions
- Proven experience with end-to-end implementations of SAP on-premise, SuccessFactors Core, Employee Central, or similar SuccessFactors modules
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel formulas and data analysis
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
This role requires a highly motivated and experienced SAP Technical Consultant to support and implement SuccessFactors solutions within a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of SuccessFactors modules (Succession, Performance & Goals, Onboarding 1.0, Career Development, and Platform), and a proven ability to cultivate and implement strategic solutions
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and implementation expertise for SuccessFactors solutions, including Succession, Performance & Goals, Onboarding 1.0, Career Development, and the SuccessFactors platform
- Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a particular emphasis on Excel formulas and data analysis
- Collaborate closely with Talent & Development leads and HR Business Partners to address talent administration needs
- Support end-to-end implementations of SAP on-premise, SuccessFactors Core, Employee Central, or related SuccessFactors modules
- Develop and implement strategic solutions to address specific business needs, working independently and collaboratively
