About This Role The Carrier Air Conditioning is looking for a high-potentialcandidate to join our SAP Sales and Distribution team. Key tasksinclude overall responsibility for SAP SD system architecture.

Propose most efficient business processes to meet or exceedbusiness goals and objectives for business process. Responsible forbenchmarking SAP processes with similar industries to proposescalable, lowest ownership and cost solutions that fit withexisting SAP solution. Act as the integration layer betweencustomers, functional towers and technology teams to deliver aseamless solution. Other responsibilities include operationalsupport of current applications, assisting IT management in thedefinition of IT strategic plans, and assessment and delivery ofnext generation business solutions. The successful candidate willbe responsible for developing, deploying, and supporting softwaresolutions primarily using the SAP SD product suite.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead implementation projects in accordance with Carrier IT’smethodologies and governance model and collaborate with other ITteams to ensure solution designs are well coordinated and alignedto the overall enterprise architecture Design, develop, and test system solutions to address businessrequirements, in alignment with the global solution template. Configure SD module to achieve business goals, includingintegration points with other SAP modules or other applications,following SAP standard methodologies. Develop functional specifications for custom developments andcollaborate with the development team to get those built andtested. Analyze the existing business processes and business data andprovide proactive & Constructure recommendations forimprovement. Create solution prototypes when teams are working on futuredesign models. Controlling solution development to ensure standards are beingobserved

Required Qualifications:

7+ years of experience in design, delivery and support of SAPSD applications in ECC 6.0 or

S/4 HANA

environments 10+ years of experience in SAP configuration, support &development 7+ years of experience in a customer-facing professionalposition Bachelor’s Degree This position may require travel to business sites up to 20% ofthe time.

Preferred Qualifications:

Desire candidate with at least 6 full life-cycle ERPimplementations experience. Experience in defining and maintaining global templates andplay books for Sales and Services scenarios. Business process analysis and redesign experience: strongbusiness analysis skills; process mapping; business processredesign and implementation Deep knowledge and experience in SAP SD modulefunctional/technical area Knowledge and experience in other SAP disciplines includingCRM, variant configuration and Hybris desired. ERP technical experience identifying and developing businessand technical requirements for data conversions, interfaces, userexits, batch and interactive reporting Ability to participate in end-to end SAP testing in developmentand test environments as required End user training & documentation experience Any business experience in manufacturing and logistics areas isvery desirable Ability to work well in a team environment as well as a highlymatrixed organization Strong customer relationship & communication skills, includingstrong verbal and written communication skills Highly-motivated, self-directed, and able to effectively workwith limited oversight Trusted and respected as a thought leader who can influence andpersuade business and IT leaders. Highly collaborative and supportive of business and of itsideals and strategies. Highly innovative with aptitude for foresight, systems thinkingand design thinking.
