Key Responsibilities:
- + Create service entries for timely payments.
+ Monitor email and SAP VIM system. + Highlight invoice discrepancies. + Facilitate service entry approvals. + Adjust purchase orders with procurement. + Resolve invoice issues. + Assist with SAP HR processes. + Improve service entry processes. + Update Outline Agreements. + Ensure compliance with policies. + Build stakeholder relationships. + Resolve GR/IR issues quarterly. + Conduct necessary analysis.
