• Your role and responsibilities
• Lead the design and implementation of datasphere architecture solutions to meet business requirements.
• Lead the complex modeling and development of Analytical Models, Views, Data Flows , Replication flows in Datasphere.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data requirements.
• Develop and implement strategies for data acquisition, storage, and processing.
• Design and optimize data pipelines for efficient data ingestion and processing.
• Provide technical guidance and leadership to junior team members.
• Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in analytics and datasphere architecture.
• Proven experience in implementing and configuring SAP Analytics Cloud solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into actionable analytics solutions.
• Design, implement, and configure SAP Analytics Cloud solutions based on business requirements.
• Develop and maintain data models within SAP Analytics Cloud, ensuring accurate representation of business data and enabling effective analytics.
• Create visually appealing and insightful dashboards that provide actionable insights to business users
• . Customize and enhance dashboards based on user feedback and changing business needs.
• Collaborate with other SAP modules and systems to ensure seamless integration with SAP Analytics Cloud
• Required technical and professional expertise
• Experience designing and implementing SAP (Native) HANA Solutions, SAP Business Warehouse (BW) and BW on HANA solutionsExperience with SAP (Native) HANA data modeling, schema management, content import and export, data provisioning technology including SAP LT Replication Server, Data Services and Sybase replication serverExperience working with traditional SAP BW and SAP BW on HANA featuresExperience with SAP Business Objects (BOBJ) tools, development lifecycle on either BW or SAP (Native) HANA from design through implementation and production supportExperience with SAP (Native) HANA and SAP BW Security concepts including User Management, Roles and PrivilegesExperience with at least 2 SAP BW on HANA migration, architecture design and implementationsExperience with technical planning, installation, upgrade, Operating Systems DB migration and Unicode Conversion •Preferred technical and professional experience•Must have the ability to work under pressure and adhere to deadlinesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong analytical and problem solving abilitiesAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionExperience delivering Proof of ConceptsIBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
