Summary:
Seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to develop data models, dashboards, and reports using Power BI for enhanced business decision-making. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related field 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis or BI roles focusing on Data Warehousing and Power BI Proficient in Power BI (Power Query, DAX, Power BI Service, Dataflows) Strong SQL skills and understanding of data modeling (star/snowflake schemas) Experience with cloud-based and on-prem data platforms (e.g., Azure Synapse, SQL Server) Knowledge of ETL processes and tools (SSIS, ADF)
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business data requirements Design and validate data models within Data Warehouses Build interactive dashboards and visualizations in Power BI Translate business questions into technical queries using DAX and SQL Perform data profiling and cleansing for high data quality Develop KPIs aligned with business goals Automate reporting processes for efficiency Conduct user training for Power BI users Work with data engineers to ensure optimal ETL performance
