Onsite Requirements:

Hybrid 3 years ofexperience in Business Analysis or BI roles, with a focus on DataWarehousing and Power BI. Proficient in Power BI (Power Query, DAX,Power BI Service, and Dataflows). Strong SQL skills andunderstanding of data modeling (star/snowflake schemas).

JobDescription:

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders togather and understand business data requirements. Design, document,and validate data models and business logic within Data Warehouses.

Build and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, andvisualizations in Power BI. Translate business questions intotechnical queries using DAX and SQL. Perform data profiling,cleansing, and validation to ensure high data quality. DevelopKPIs, metrics, and performance indicators aligned with businessgoals. Automate reporting and analysis processes to increaseefficiency and accuracy. Conduct user training and provide ongoingsupport for Power BI users. Work closely with data engineers andarchitects to ensure optimal data structure and ETL performance.

Monitor and troubleshoot data refresh issues and data integrityconcerns in Power BI Service.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’sdegree in computer science, Information Systems, BusinessAnalytics, or a related field. 3 years of experience in BusinessAnalysis or BI roles, with a focus on Data Warehousing and PowerBI. Proficient in Power BI (Power Query, DAX, Power BI Service, andDataflows). Strong SQL skills and understanding of data modeling(star/snowflake schemas). Hands-on experience working withcloud-based and on-prem data platforms (e.g., Azure Synapse, SQLServer or similar). Knowledge of ETL processes and tools (SSIS,ADF, or similar) 3rd party and subcontract staffing agencies arenot eligible for partnership on this position. 3rd partysubcontractors need not apply.
