Summary:

The Business Intelligence Analyst (BIA) role is responsible for identifying business intelligence, reporting, and data analytic needs by working closely with customers to help them translate business information needs into deliverable requirements and technical specifications to make sound business decisions.
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Informatics, Computer Science, Business or Healthcare preferred.

License/Certifications:

Epic Cogito and Clarity Data Model Certifications or Proficiencies preferred; completion required within 90 days upon hire.

Experience:

Two years of business analysis, data analysis, and working with analytic software suites or related technical experience required. Healthcare experience preferred.
