Position Summary We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Specialist to join our dynamic data analytics team. In this role, you will play a critical part in transforming data into actionable insights that support strategic decisions and improve business outcomes. The ideal candidate is a data-savvy individual with excellent problem-solving skills, a strong understanding of data architecture, and proficiency in BI tools. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain BI solutions (e.g., dashboards, data visualizations, reports) Work with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into effective data models Analyze and interpret complex data from multiple sources to support strategic initiatives Optimize data flows and architecture to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and accessibility Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineering, IT, and business partners Maintain thorough documentation and ensure compliance with internal data governance standards Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related field Proficient in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) Knowledge of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts Advanced statistical analysis or predictive modeling skills

Compensation & Benefits Annual Salary:

$130,100 – $155,000 (based on qualifications and experience)
