ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Specific activities may change from time to time. 1. Partner with senior business leaders to understand business strategy and work in cross-functional teams to drive successful strategic outcomes. 2. Ensure data is consistent with business needs and apply knowledge of business to customize BI dashboards, deliver meaningful information, and interpret results for both internal and external stakeholders. 3. Support analysis efforts to gather information, define and document requirements, formulate hypotheses, and design business intelligence solutions to support the most complex business problems using BI tools (Tableau, QlikSense, PowerBI, Sigma, MicroStrategy etc.). 4. Analyze, design, and maintain data sources in information systems in support of projects, information needs, and changing requirements using various analytics tools (SAS, Snowflake, R, Python, etc.). 5. Measure client interactions and attribution in order to improve client experience, digital adoption, and segmentation using various analytics tools. 6. Apply subject-matter expertise, industry knowledge, and technical understanding to recommend actions to business leaders. 7. Administrate BI tools. Develop training material and user documentation and direct developers and line of business (LOB) partners on reporting tools
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Mathematics, or Information Technology-related field, or equivalent education and related training 2. Five years of experience in analysis and design 3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills 4. Strong analytical and creative problem solving skills – ability to generate actionable insight and recommendations from complex analytics and large datasets 5. Ability to work independently or as a member of a team 6. Advanced proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products 7. Advanced proficiency in Business Intelligence tools (Tableau, QlikSense, PowerBI, MicroStrategy, etc.) 8. Working knowledge of analytical toolsets such as
SAS, SQL, R
Studio, Python, Snowflake or other data warehousing 9. Ability to travel, occasionally overnight
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or Statistics 2. Previous experience in the banking industry
