Job Description:

We are seeking an ERP Implementation Analyst to be a key player in the implementation of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations ERP system, with a specific focus on Supply Chain Management related business processes, including purchasing, customer service, inventory, warehouse management and logistics. You will partner with business stakeholders to enable change management and successful adoption of new enterprise solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SCM processes and how they integrate with

D365 F&O.

You will play a crucial role in optimizing our supply chain operations through effective use of D365 F&O and our MES systems, ensuring that our solutions drive efficiency and meet business objectives.
This position is #hybrid – location Charlotte, NC (1-2 days in the office each week)

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

Business Process and Gap Analysis
Conduct comprehensive analysis of current supply chain processes, identify areas for improvement, and propose solutions that leverage globally standardized solutions and built-in ERP software functionalities.
Collaborate with stakeholders to prototype, define, and document optimized business processes on the new platform, and identify solution gaps that need to be addressed.
System Configuration and Customization
Configure, customize, and optimize ERP modules to align with supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory management, material planning, warehouse inbound and outbound logistics, and intercompany trade.
Collaborate in design workshops with technical team resources to solve gaps with business process changes or customizations.
Data Migration
Oversee the preparation and migration of relevant supply chain data into the new ERP system, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and completeness throughout the process.
Solution Testing, UAT and Deployment
Prepare data and use system tools to model to-be processes and test solution customizations delivered by the technical team.
Collaborate with key users to define and execute User Acceptance Testing scenarios, documenting validation of key system processes ahead of site go-live.
Training and Support
Develop and deliver training sessions for implementation site key-users and IT support team members on supply chain related business processes.
Provide post go-live support, troubleshooting, and guidance to users to maximize system utilization and efficiency.
Documentation and Reporting
Maintain documentation of system configurations, processes, and system work instruction procedures.
Provide regular reporting to collaborate on key project activities.
Create systems models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to system developers.
Perform other duties and special projects as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS

Technical competencies
Experience with ERP implementation methodology as a consultant or as an end user.
Extensive practical knowledge in importing data for use in report software, spreadsheets, graphs, and flow charts.
Extensive experience with Microsoft Office.
Education /

Experience:

College diploma, university degree, or equivalent business experience in the field of business administration, computer science, accounting, or management information systems
3-5 years related work experience in AX2012 or Dynamics 365 F&O (F&O preferred)
Relevant Microsoft Dynamics Certifications for Production, Process Manufacturing, Finance, Trade and Logistics or other area of ERP software specialization
Travel requirement – up to 20%, domestic and international
