As a Senior Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence(FDI) Consultant, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the implementation, customization, and optimization of Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence solutions (formerly known as FAW) for our clients. Your expertise in Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence(FDI) will be critical in providing strategic guidance, designing solutions, and delivering high-quality services to meet our clients’ business needs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Must have Experience of minimum 1 end-to-end project implementation in Fusion Data Intelligence(FDI). Experience in creating high-performance custom workbooks, canvases, and custom metrics. Experience in implementing Data Pipeline, Data Augmentation Semantic Model Extension and FDI custom security. Should have in-depth knowledge of report query generation, FDI tables/schema, and subject areas. Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence solutions according to client requirements. Provide technical expertise and guidance on Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence architecture, data modeling, and best practices. Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, data sources, and reporting requirements. Design and develop custom reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions using Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence tools. Perform data integration tasks, including data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL), to populate the analytics warehouse. Conduct performance tuning and optimization activities to ensure efficient data processing and query performance. Develop documentation, training materials, and knowledge transfer sessions for clients and internal teams. Stay updated on the latest Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence features, enhancements, and industry trends. Required Skills Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Master’s degree preferred. 5+ years of experience in implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence solutions. Experience in other Oracle cloud reporting tool like OTBI and BI Publisher will have an added advantage. Knowledge in HCM module will be preferred. Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Middleware, Oracle Analytics Cloud, and related technologies. Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and data modeling concepts. Experience with Oracle Fusion Applications or other Oracle Cloud offerings is highly desirable. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal teams. Proven track record of leading successful Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence implementations from concept to completion. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions. Capgemini supports Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced consulting environment. Oracle certifications such as Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Architect, Oracle Cloud Data Warehouse Specialist, or Oracle Fusion Middleware Specialist are a plus. The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $39.30/hour
