Job Description:
We are seeking an Oracle HCM Fusion Consultant with 3 5+ years of experience, specializing in Core HR and Talent modules. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with configuration, troubleshooting, and supporting post-implementation enhancements in a new Oracle HCM environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure and maintain Core HR and Talent modules in Oracle HCM Fusion
Support quarterly upgrades, testing, and system validation
Troubleshoot issues and coordinate resolutions with cross-functional teams
Contribute to the ongoing optimization of the recently implemented HRIS platform
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Help Desk module
Familiarity with Redwood UI / Visual Builder
