Day to Day Responsibilities/project specifics: This person will be joining a team that was responsible for leading the implementation of a new HRIS software for the entire company. They are within their first year with the new platform. This person will be responsible for Core HR and Oracle Talent configuration and functionality. This will include leading quarterly upgrades, testing, coordination and troubleshooting. Additionally, Oracle as rolled out a new look and feel for their platform (a new UI) called Redwood. Oracle has requested that all clients complete the self-paced implementation of Redwood pages from Responsive Pages by early 2026. This department s goal is to go live within the new Redwood WI by October of 2025.
