Senior Functional Analyst for a project located at its North America headquarters in Charlotte, NC. This opportunity is for specialists with experience with SAP S/4 HANA, specifically in the Record to Report functional area. This position will be assigned functional technology lead responsibilities involving the planning, design, support, and rollout of

project initiatives primarily in the SAP Record to Report process in an SAP Fiori environment Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related technology field of study
• Must have 7 to 10 years of experience in

SAP FI/CO

configuration and support

• Strong knowledge of SAP applications primarily

SAP FI/CO

as well as, working knowledge of related MM, SD and Logistics integrations

• Experience working in an SAP Fiori environment
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Effective organization, planning, analytical skills and follow through
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communications skills, with an ability to communicate with a wide of variety of diverse resources with varying degrees of technological expertise
• Service oriented, collaborative approach to internal customer and peer relationships
• Strong knowledge of project management principles, practices, techniques, and tools as applied to IT initiatives
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software, Smartsheet, SAP support portal and basic computer knowledge as well as basic troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work in hand with business leads in the R2R space on project design and deliverables
• Ability to see the big picture for Compass Group in the design and assessment process
• Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
