Are you an experienced SAP Supply Chain Planning professional passionate about driving process optimization and change management? Our client, a global industry leader, is seeking a SAP Business Process Expert to guide its supply chain planning team through impactful improvements and system enhancements in demand planning and rough-cut capacity planning.
This is a high-impact opportunity to influence global supply chain initiatives and collaborate across multiple business units to ensure efficient, data-driven planning operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Process Improvement | Drive and implement initiatives that enhance efficiency and accuracy within demand and rough-cut planning processes.
Collaborate Across Teams | Work closely with cross-functional teams, including global and regional stakeholders, to execute transformative projects.
Enhance Training Resources | Develop training materials and SOPs to support onboarding and continuous development of planning teams.
Improve Master Data Quality | Take ownership of data integrity to ensure planning accuracy and consistency.
Change Management | Design and deploy strategies to facilitate seamless adoption of new tools and processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
Minimum 8 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning using SAP APO or IBP.
Proven experience with SAP Master Data, Manufacturing, Procurement, Order Processing, and Logistics.
Advanced skills in MS Excel, Power BI, Access, PowerPoint, and Data Transformation Tools.
