Monday – Friday 04/23/2025 Job Description Overview This is a remote role that may be hired in several markets across the United States . The Enterprise Data Governance team serves as a first line of defense control function providing standards and guidance across the bank to ensure consistent data governance and data management across First Citizens Bank. The Business Implementation Manager has a broad set of responsibilities and will play a central role in our ability to execute on our vision. Partnering with all workstreams across the Enterprise Data & Analytics team, as well as key stakeholders in IT, Operational and Enterprise Risk Management, Internal Audit, and Regulatory Relations. This position plays a vital role in project management, responsible for ensuring projects under their responsibility are well documented with clear outcomes and deliverables and the project work is delivered on time. Working independently to achieve results, engages internal partners, and communicates with leadership and stakeholders on progress, risks, and achievements. Coordinates cross-functional teams including subject matter experts from various departments across the organization. Acts as an advocate for stakeholders within the lifecycle of a project and is responsible for close alignment of relevant activities in order to achieve the agreed upon end-state. This position must be familiar with key data concepts, practices, and procedures, applying a wide degree of creativity to translate technical and procedural specifications. This role requires strategic thinking, interpersonal and communication skills. The ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to change in a fast-paced environment, working well under pressure while maintaining meticulous attention to detail and deadlines. The person in this role should be innovative, organized, and self-motivated to drive projects through to successful and timely completion. The base pay for this position is generally between $110,000 and $160,000. Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law.
