• Your role and responsibilities
• The Oracle Cloud ERP Financials Architect is a key member of the Delivery Practice leadership team.

A Practice Director will work with project teams to assist with client advisory, scoping of implementations,solution design and overall engagement advisory for projects within Cloud ERP Financials.

Key Responsibilities:

Delivery

• Lead the implementation of solutions in Oracle Cloud Financials ERP, providing oversight andhands-on contributions to the design, development and integration of the application.
• Contribute to and support the enterprise design and integration solutions between Oracle CloudERP application and other enterprise systems.
• Work closely and collaboratively with client stakeholders to understand their businessrequirements, provide strategic guidance and architect solutions that leverage the full capabilitiesof Oracle Cloud Financials.
• Lead the design of comprehensive solutions leveraging expertise and the expertise of the team toensure alignment with business needs and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with the technical team to design and implement integrations between Oracle CloudFinancials and other 3rd party systems to ensure seamless data flow and operability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including but not limited to developers, analysts,workstream leads, project managers and Oracle to deliver successful outcomes.
• With workstream leads, configure Oracle Cloud applications to meet requirements utilizing built-infeatures.

o Working with the technical team, ensure that that performance of the application isoptimized through fine tuning, monitoring and troubleshooting.o Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure that the solution meets the function andtechnical requirements, security standards and business specifications.o Prepare functional documentation, including but not limited to architecture diagrams,designs specifications and user guides.o Build up best practices within the Oracle Cloud ERP Financials solutions (e.g. GeneralLedger, Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, Expenses, Cash Management, FixedAssets)Pre-sales/Sales

• Facilitate initial discovery calls

• Support development of Proposals and Statements of Work
• Conduct demos of Oracle Cloud Financials to prospective customers
• Stay current with all service offerings

• Working closely with the Delivery Director and Sales Team, design and propose realistic,implementable solutions that incorporate client requirements, software capability and futuredirections.
• Keep up with current releases, features and practices and share with team.
• Act as senior client-facing advisor on designs and best practices.

• Required technical and professional expertise
• Post-secondary degree from an accredited institution (concentration in Finance or Accounting aplus)
• 7-10 years of experience as a delivery consultant and at least 3 years’ experience as a senior deliverylead or Solution Architect. Must be able to lead effectively and collaborate with cross-functionalteams.
• Deep understanding of Oracle Cloud Financials
• GL, AP, AR, CM, FA, Expenses, Taxes.
• Understanding of accounting processes and workflows and how it relates to the application andclient business requirements.
• Ability to analyze complex business processes, identify risks and issues and propose effectivesolutions using Oracle Cloud ERP.
• Proficiency in configuring and customizing Oracle Cloud applications to meet specific clientbusiness requirements.
• Advanced knowledge and experience of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Ability to work both as part of a team and independently with minimal instructions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• verbal and written. You should be able totranslate technical concepts and designs into non-technical language.
• Strong time management and prioritization skills
• Attention to detail.
