The consultant will interact with process consultants and business SMEs to understand and analyze processes, acting as an Oracle HCM Cloud Lead and advisor.
The role requires translating business requirements into solution designs, communicating complex designs to stakeholders, and managing delivery in an on-shore/off-shore model, including automation opportunities.
Required Qualifications:
