Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Siemens Opcenter MOM Consultant to lead and support MES implementation and support initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Siemens Opcenter (formerly Camstar) platforms, deep domain knowledge in manufacturing operations, and the ability to work across business and technical teams to deliver digital manufacturing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with customer stakeholders to analyze and design solutions using the Siemens Opcenter MOM platform.
Conduct techno-functional analysis, impact assessments, and provide optimal solutions for business requirements.
Lead or support development activities in Opcenter Discrete Modules.
Provide technical guidance to the development team and support functional translation of business needs.
Manage incidents, problems, service requests, and changes aligned with ITIL best practices.
Coordinate with manufacturing sites to understand shop floor operations and ensure alignment with business processes.
Monitor SLAKPI metrics, ensuring system uptime and application availability.
Drive governance, periodic reporting, and ensure compliance with support processes.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and recommend automation or efficiency enhancements.
Work closely with MES CoE, interfacing application teams, and contribute to digital manufacturing initiatives.
Collaborate with the product team for upgrades, patches, and new implementations.

Essential Skills:

Hands-on experience with Siemens Opcenter MOM (Camstar) platform and related modules.
Proficient in Opcenter Discrete application development and customization.
Strong domain knowledge in manufacturing industries.
Knowledge of Opcenter customization & extensions, OPC-UA, and integration with

PLCSCADA

systems.
Familiar with MES architecture and system interfacing concepts.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
Working knowledge of Agile frameworks and methodologies.
