Exempt Role Summary:

The position is responsible for providing data analysis and advanced report-writing for use in the bank’s Enterprise Reporting function. This will include collaborating with various departments within the organization to deliver customized reporting solutions. Specific Job Functions (Duties/Responsibilities) : Enterprise Reporting responsibilities: Support Enterprise Reporting Manager with complex reporting projects to provide actionable data to business units Work with various internal team members to accommodate complex data needs using various tools Research and analyze data from various sources to provide accurate and relevant data for reporting needs Learn and maintain a good understanding of the organizations processes and technology solutions needed to perform tasks Recommend reporting efficiencies and improvements Coordinate periodic calculation and reporting related to various incentive/recognition programs Accounting and financial reporting responsibilities: Support data development and report writing related to periodic regulatory reporting tasks Support public fund reporting and collateralization efforts Coordinate accumulation, validation and reconciliation of data needed to calculate the allowance for credit losses Other responsibilities: Participate in the Corporate Finance Department’s support of the wire transfer function as needed. Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Required :

Advanced computer skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel Familiarity with BI query/reporting capabilities Strong attention to detail Strong analytical and problem solving skills Prior accounting knowledge is a benefit Prior bank experience is a benefit Excellent organization and time management skills Ability to work under pressure Ability to work with limited supervision Ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing Ability to respect confidentiality of sensitive information Ability to maintain good customer and staff relations

Education/Experience Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, data science, or other related field. Prior relevant work experience in positions working with reporting and/or data analytics
