ERP Specialist Position Available In Strafford, New Hampshire

ERP Specialist Laars Heating Systems Company 20 Industrial Way, Rochester, NH 03867 Laars Heating Systems based in Rochester, NH is seeking a techno-functional ERP specialist to successfully integrate our Cloud ERP software. You will be collaborating with managers to determine which business processes need optimization using the ERP technical tools provided, deploying and then implementing suitable solutions in the ERP. To ensure success as an ERP specialist, you should exhibit leadership, extensive knowledge of IT systems, and the ability to resolve integration issues.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Must have working knowledge and experience with Epicor’s Cloud Kinetic ERP software. With a deep understanding of the ERP functionalities providing technical expertise, analysis, and training. Help manage and conduct the implementation of the ERP system, future acquisition implementations, and upgrades. Configure Cloud ERP software to suit specific business processes and workflows using Epicor’s suite of technical tools. Help with data cleanup and migration to Epicor’s Kinetic cloud ERP software. Continued support of the ERP working closely with other team members ensuring that the system is deployed to meet business processes and business operations. Responds to new or improved systems, user demand, application problems; defines the problem and explores the latitude within the ERP system to resolve the issue using standard ERP. Help support the integration between Epicor Kinetic and other third-party software. Support automation in all functional areas of the business. Must be able to travel up to 25% of the time for the first three years to other facilities.

Education Required:

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or similar preferred.

Experience:

Minimum 5-year experience as an ERP specialist (or similar role) with technical products Previous experience working in a Manufacturing environment required

Skills:

Results oriented Configuration knowledge of Epicor Kinetic A background in manufacturing operations with a focus on business process improvement via the use of technology will be advantageous.
