Job Description

Business Intelligent Coordinator 2.9 2.9 out of 5 stars 400 Kelby Street, Fort Lee, NJ 07024 This role is hybrid and is required to come to the office in Fort Lee NJ 2-3 days per week. The Business Intelligence Coordinator (Temp) will play a supportive role within the Business Intelligence (BI) team to help drive the organization’s strategic sales and profitability initiatives. This position provides an immersive experience in data analytics, forecasting, reporting, and business operations, and will offer the opportunity to work closely with senior team members and cross-functional partners including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations. The BI Coordinator will assist in the development, maintenance, and execution of key BI deliverables that support data-driven decision-making across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Reporting and Analysis Support Assist in the creation and formatting of standard weekly and monthly slide decks for senior leadership, focusing on key sales, allocation, and inventory metrics. Compile and validate datasets for regular reporting cycles, ensuring consistency and accuracy of data inputs across dashboards and presentations. Support ad hoc analyses to evaluate sales trends, customer performance, and product utilization patterns. Assist with the preparation of materials for IG Allocation meetings, including data collection, formatting, and meeting follow-up documentation. Forecasting and Demand Planning Support Help monitor inventory and distributor-level data to support demand forecasts. Collaborate with team members to gather and structure information necessary for developing distributor purchase order (PO) suggestions. Track and communicate updates to supply schedules; assist with updating forecasts in alignment with changes to demand and availability. Contract and Pricing Data Management Aid in maintaining the Kedrion Contract & Pricing Database, ensuring records are accurate, organized, and up to date. Assist in monitoring contract lifecycles and provide weekly updates on new, modified, or expiring contracts. Support efforts to resolve pricing discrepancies or roster issues in coordination with internal stakeholders, escalating as needed. Dashboard and Tool Development Contribute to the development and enhancement of Power BI dashboards, with guidance from BI analysts. Support basic semantic model organization by helping map data fields and document data definitions and hierarchies. Assist with quality checks and documentation for newly released or modified dashboards and reports. Project Management and Documentation Maintain internal project tracking tools and timelines with input from BI team leads and global BI leadership. Help organize and maintain documentation of data definitions, project notes, stakeholder feedback, and version history for internal deliverables. Support planning efforts by helping draft meeting agendas, capture key decisions, and prepare materials for stakeholder review.

Cross-Functional Interaction:

Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Finance colleagues to support key business initiatives. Serve as a supporting liaison to ensure deliverables meet stakeholder expectations and are delivered on schedule.

Education Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in a related field, such as Business Analytics, Finance, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a Life Science with analytical coursework. Master’s degree (completed or in progress) in a relevant field is preferred and may be considered in lieu of previous internship or professional experience.
