HR Systems & Data Platform Manager 4.8 4.8 out of 5 stars Gloucester City, NJ • Hybrid work Our client is seeking a technically adept HR Systems & Data Platform Manager to lead the strategy, configuration, and lifecycle management of our enterprise HR technology stack, with a strong focus on Dayforce (Ceridian). This hybrid role combines systems architecture, cross-platform integration, data governance, and stakeholder collaboration to ensure HR technologies support business growth, compliance, and user experience at scale. This is a fully on-site role based in Cherry Hill, NJ. Key Responsibilities System Architecture & Platform Ownership Serve as the primary administrator and systems owner for the enterprise HR platform (Dayforce), responsible for system performance, uptime, and technical roadmap planning.

Lead all platform lifecycle activities:

including module deployments, API integrations, system upgrades, and environment testing (UAT/QA/Prod). Design and maintain scalable system architecture and configuration that supports global HR operations and strategic planning. Configuration, Optimization & Automation Manage and configure key HRIS modules such as Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Compensation, and Performance Management within Dayforce. Identify, implement, and document process automation opportunities—minimizing manual workflows through scripting or tool-based automation. Evaluate new Dayforce capabilities and third-party plugins; lead feasibility assessments and implementation planning. Data Integrity, Reporting & Insights Build and manage advanced dashboards, datasets, and analytics pipelines that provide HR and Finance leadership with timely, actionable insights. Translate business questions into technical report specifications and data models using tools like Dayforce reporting, SQL, or Power BI. Perform regular audits and data validations to maintain data quality, consistency, and compliance. System Integration & Collaboration Collaborate with IT, Security, Payroll, and external vendors to manage system integrations, ensure reliable data flow, and resolve technical issues. Act as the escalation point for complex system issues; monitor support cases with vendors and provide technical oversight on resolution efforts. Maintain robust API or flat-file integrations with payroll, finance, and third-party platforms. Governance, Compliance & Security Administer user access provisioning, role-based permissions, and audit trails in alignment with security policies and regulatory standards (e.g., GDPR, SOX). Implement and maintain controls for data security, backup strategies, and incident response procedures. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, HR Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline. 5+ years managing complex enterprise HRIS platforms, with hands-on expertise in Ceridian Dayforce. Proven experience in systems administration, integration management, and HR data operations. Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, macros); strong experience with enterprise reporting tools.
